The Club’s special Jubilee Book commemorates our 50th anniversary. The book contains photographs and texts relating to nearly 300 Lea-Francis vehicles owned by members from across the globe, divided according to model and age, and accompanied by full technical details and history.

Apart from being an invaluable guide to Lea-Francis models and their survival at the start of the 21st century, the book also shows the wealth of commitment that members have for their LeaFs.

Each chapter is devoted to a particular model or range and contains full colour pictures and descriptions of vehicles of this type owned by Club members, along with an introduction giving specification, production history and rationale, and a longer entry on a specially featured example.

At the beginning of the book is a brief history of the Club’s first 50 years written with wit and wisdom by Keith Poynter, who was there from the start and witnessed its many vicissitudes.

The Club has subsidised the production of the Jubilee Book, so each copy can be sold to LFOC members ONLY for £12.50 including p.&p. for first orders or £14.00 for subsequent orders (overseas members please add a contribution to postage of e.g. £1.50 for Europe and £5.00 for Australia and USA).

Non-members may also purchase the Jubilee Book from the Club or from some specialist booksellers at £19.95 plus p.&.p.
